Leslie's Spa Chlor Brite Granular Chlorine shocks or chlorinates your pool, effectively killing bacteria and algae. This granular shock is easily applied, dissolves quickly, and delivers fast-acting results, making it ideal for keeping your spa or hot tub clean and ready for use. To use, turn on the circulation pump and ensure it is operating properly. Broadcast a half-ounce of Leslie's Spa Chlor Brite per 500 gallons over the water surface. Test the Free Available Chlorine (FAC) level and add more if necessary to reach a 3-5 FAC level. After each use, superchlorinate with 1.5 ounces per 500 gallons to control odors and algae. Do not reenter the spa or hot tub until the FAC is between 3-5 ppm, as measured by a reliable water test kit.
